The Impact Foundry Announces Alliance with Luminari Partners Diversified Team Will Expand Services for Nonprofits

Sacramento, California (May 1, 2024) – The Impact Foundry announced a strategic alliance with Luminari Partners to amplify the work of nonprofits and bolster positive change in communities across Northern California. Luminari Partners will serve as the management team for Impact Foundry, expanding existing capacity-building services that enhance organizational effectiveness including strategic planning, board and staff development, fiscal and fundraising methods, brand management, and volunteer engagement.

“The ethos at Impact Foundry is straightforward – amplify changemakers and ensure their success,” remarked Kim Tucker, Executive Director of the Impact Foundry. “This partnership represents our continued commitment to bring enterprise, government, and philanthropy together with nonprofits to create sustainable change. For more than three decades, we’ve helped nonprofits expand their ability to deliver their mission by providing connections, specialized education, and facilitating cooperative models. The time was right to partner with a firm capable of propelling our success to new heights.”

Luminari Partners is a consulting firm providing strategic executive support for businesses in the capital region. Their conversations begin with vision and end with deliverables to achieve growth goals. Founders Sheila Johnston, Chief Executive Officer, and Cheryl Nobert, Chief Operations Officer, met while working at the Sacramento Metro Chamber where they discovered their shared dream to serve not just one, but many organizations. “At Luminari Partners it is our mission to do good for others,” said Johnston. “We are driven by a calling to make a difference using our experience to support our community. Working with The Impact Foundry is an alignment of purpose and mission,” she added.

The Impact Foundry will introduce Luminari Partners to members and affiliated organizations at their Spring Mixer on May 15, taking place from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm at the Impact Foundry office, 2030 West El Camino Avenue, Suite 210, in Sacramento.
